Why violation programs stall

The gap is rarely detection. It's turning evidence into auditable revenue.

Capture is the easy part. Most agencies lose months in the middle: evidence review, notification, payment, dispute, reconciliation, reporting. eTraffica was built to close that gap end-to-end.

Fragmented workflow

Evidence, review, payments, and reporting live in disconnected systems. Officers chase status across tools.

Slow revenue cycle

Manual processing delays billing, follow-up, dispute handling, and collections visibility — for weeks.

Weak audit trail

Agencies need clear proof of what happened, who acted, and when each infraction changed status. Most stacks can't show it.

Unclear cost model

Customers need a plan that starts small, scales transparently, and remains predictable — not a quote-the-quarter spreadsheet.

The operating layer

Capture · Validate · Notify · Pay · Report

Every violation moves through a single, auditable pipeline. No copy-paste between systems. No gaps where evidence loses its provenance.

01

Capture

Radar, tripod, fixed camera, mobile ANPR, or existing devices — eTraffica accepts evidence from your stack.

02

Validate

Officer review with full chain of custody. Evidence, plate, time, and location are bound to a single violation record.

03

Notify

Officers and violators are notified via the channel each prefers — SMS, email, in-app, or postal.

04

Pay

Online links, mobile money, card, POS — the violator picks; reconciliation happens automatically.

05

Report

Dashboards, audit logs, and performance — for officers, finance, and oversight at every level.

OutcomeA single source of truth for every processed infraction: evidence, status, payment path, ownership, disputes, and reporting — all in one auditable record.

Two paths, one platform

Pick the deployment that fits your governance, not the other way around.

Cloud SaaS gives you the fastest launch and the lowest upfront commitment. On-Premise Enterprise is for buyers that need data residency or local IT control.

Local control

On-Premise Enterprise

Deploy onto your infrastructure. Annual licensing with full versioned support.

  • One-time implementation fee
  • Ongoing annual licensing and support

In the field

Built for agencies that need operational clarity.

eTraffica is deployed by city, regional, and national programs. Their teams report the same outcomes: faster reconciliation, fewer disputes lost to evidence gaps, and a clean audit trail when oversight asks.

We replaced four legacy tools with one platform. Officers stopped chasing status, and our finance team finally trusts the reconciliation.

Active city deployment

The audit trail closed a procurement gap that had been open for two years. Every state change is signed, timed, and attributable.

Frequently asked

Questions buyers ask before they sign.

Short answers. If yours isn't here, the contact form goes straight to product.

How is a 'processed infraction' defined?
A unique violation record successfully processed into the eTraffica back office — evidence attached, status transitioned, billable workflow complete. Charges apply whether the fine is collected or not, because the platform fee covers software processing, evidence workflow, reporting, and support.
What happens if I exceed my monthly bundle?
Overage is billed at $1 per processed infraction above the included monthly volume. You also receive usage alerts at 80%, 100%, and overage thresholds via dashboard and email.
Is the platform multi-tenant?
Yes — every read, write, search, aggregate, and side effect is tenant-owned and tenant-filtered through the identity layer. Wrong-tenant access is rejected at the gateway, not the application.
Can I deploy on my own infrastructure?
Yes. Cloud SaaS is the default path, but On-Premise Enterprise is available for customers that require data residency, local hosting, or deep IT control. It carries a one-time implementation fee and ongoing annual licensing.
What's the support SLA?
Business-hours support is included on Starter and Standard. 24/7 premium support is included on Pro and Unlimited plans.
Where is my data hosted?
Cloud SaaS runs on managed infrastructure in regions matching customer residency. On-Premise installations run entirely on customer hardware. Reach out if you have specific compliance or data-residency requirements.
